The doctors are really great. I used to accompany my wife for every appointment of her. Unlike others we did not face any problems with the staff. They are kind of in a hurry but they always helped me out.
Dr. Fry and Lori Oswalt are, hands down, the best in NWA. If it weren’t for Dr. Fry, we would not have been able to conceive our triplets. She listens and finds solutions. You won’t feel like a number!

Great doctors, had no problem with the staff in my 1st pregnancy since I got health insurance. The staff are extremely rude in my 2nd pregnancy while I was waiting for my medical to approved, they did not let me see the doctor on my appointment day and asked me to pay $500 per visit.
I love dr hannah, but why is it when I talk to his nurses that I feel like my problems get thrown out the window? Supposed to be there to help people right? I’m having to find another gynecologist because my problems are not getting taken seriously.
I’ve always great experience at this office. The staff is very welcoming and is always willing to provide you with customer service. The Drs are sufficient and respectful. The waiting room is huge and comfortable.
They have been nothing but a pain to work with. They don’t answer the phone. They lose paperwork. They tell you about rules that sound made up on the spot. The medical staff is great. Everyone else acts like a fool and is constantly making everything a pain. Only in business because most clinics around here suck too.
In Terms of response from the nurse, the service is poor. Dr. Cole’s nurse takes more than 48 hours to respond. She is always in hurry to disconnect the call and provides vague responses and super busy. I will probably reconsider going there.
