Terrible business practice, they tell a customer one thing and do something completely different. It sucks that there is not another water company in our are or we’d switch.
Some of the sweetest people I’ve had to interact with. They are very patient and hard workers. Anytime I have to call them, it’s always a pleasant experience.
Terrible customer service y’all need a new management to provide better service. Will not recommend to purchase a land or house if y’all gonna have to get water service with this company. Terrible mistake now trying to move so I don’t have to deal with this people.

This office has horrible customer service principles. I was told that the supervisors will not speak to customers. What? I was also told they will not do any paperwork after 4:30pm. It was 4:40pm the office does not close until 5pm. I do hate to inconvenience anyone, however I was simply asking for common courtesy.

Ladies in the office are very sweet and accommodating to all my needs. They even call me to alert me when my meter is going crazy due to one of my five kids leaving the water on or a leaking toilet. Actually the ONLY water company that I have worked with that goes above and beyond to save water and money! Absolutely love them!!!
