This bank is horrible. The bought Rockwood out and we have had nothing but one issue after another. They lock your account down so tight, you can’t even use it. Half their staff can’t even help you. Had an issue today and the branch manager had such an attitude.
Their branch did not have any $100 bills and could not cash my 3k withdrawl… 3k is not a lot for a bank and that’s where you’re supposed to go for money.. banks are supposed to keep a certain amount of money on hand who messed up?
