Got a truck loan through them. Made on time payments. Sent my truck title to wrong address and said all they could do was release the lien. That I would have to replace the title myself. Was rude and laughed at me over the phone. So not reccomend their business.

There has been many instances where the drive though ATM was either out of money or not working properly. They close early and aren’t open on Saturdays which makes it difficult to conduct business with them as I am at work during the only hours they are open.
This is a very unprofessional bank in my opinion and if i could leave a half a star i would. I’m Currently dealing with the death of my father and his account there. They refused to sign court ordered documents to restrict his assets …

Slowest service possible. I watched three rigs leave because of the wait. I was stuck in line for 40 minutes for the 5 cars ahead of me.
