Lost my debit card, went in and had another one within 10 minutes.
Recently moved into town, and this was the closest credit union. Although others might not have good things to say about the institution, they handle business as well as any other bank would. There are kinks to iron out, but I’ve always left the place having my needs met and issues resolved.
Terrible customer service. Walked in at 3:45pm to open a new account. Three ladies at the front desk and they refused to help me because one of them was leaving early. Didn’t even feel bad for turning down a customer.
