  4. Only giving it one star because no star is not an option. Over priced crap is what it is and the employees who work there aren’t much better. They are crooks and screw everyone from getting any other internet service. Half the time it doesn’t even work. Worse company in town!!!

  5. Terrible internet service that constantly goes out. Don’t even try to stream video on weekends.. you’ll be disappointed. Overpriced. Poor technical support. Dishonest sales. Cable channels are grainy and unwatchable. HD not even an option. You are forced to pay for a landline. The list goes on..

  6. If you have a problem with Livcom, go into the office and ask to see the General Manager. We found him to be extremely responsive to our problems and customer satisfaction at the top of his priorities. Meeting with the General Manager and two members of his staff was the most positive experience a we have had with Livcom.

  7. This place is an absolute joke. Techs don’t have a clue what they are doing, and the company itself is still in the 1990’s. For the price that you have to pay for any of their services you should be getting VOIP, 4K, and 1TB internet speeds. This place blows!

  8. Laughably bad internet service. Constant service interruptions, the download and upload speeds swing wildly without any consistency. Their only saving grace is they are not satellite.

  9. Customer service is horrible. Put in for service never got it kept getting excuses for why they could not make it so I canceled my order. Customer services told me it takes up to ninety days to get my 115 dollar connection fee. But I had to pay for it before they even give me a date to connect it. Horrible business.
