We have a 20 yard dumpster for the last13 year and they take too long to empty it they say 24 to 48 hrs but no they take 3 to 4 days and there word is no good
Place the cardboard in the appropriate location , or whatever the extra trash may be , and follow the collection procedure. Stop being so lazy and expecting people to clean up your extra garbage anyway you feel free to leave it. Simple………
The only dumpster and bin company allowed to service this area of Livermore! Took 5-days to deliver a dumpster. Waste management or anyone else isn’t allowed to service this area.
Used to pay $75 for 3 month’s of service with Livermore. Now they changed us to Santa Clara & we pay $115 for 3 month’s. Livermore doesn’t make Santa Clara money! And what does a Senior or Disabled person do about this?!

Past month the driver has been moving our cans to block our drive way, have it all on cctv. called to inform them on the drivers bad habits but he’s still doing it. Really sucks when your forced to only use one company and they can’t even do their job right.

The trash guys are very vindictive. If you accidentally put your trash cans to close or perhaps put an extra bag on top that might stick out just a little they will take your can or break the lid off or forget to dump it! They do this kind of thing over and over! So now we started a neighborhood watch and put up cameras!

They consistently skip houses. They have skipped picking up my trash multiple times. I just witnessed them skipping my neighbor’s house.
