  1. had a broken leg they put the cast on wrong so i had to go to er after hours seeking help the doctor was rude and refused to cut cast off even though it was cutting off circulation then after i left in utter frustration he said on the paper work i was drunk i dont drink at all and i consider this slander

  2. OMG I had a kid there 4 times and they could not have been more RUDE let alone find the problem!! I am so upset at this hospital!! Went again today the rudeness of the administration was So unforgivably rude!!! New is not always better!! The ER dr today was nice and helpful!! Thank you for that

  3. No care for their patients. Call down for appointments and you get the run around. Call this number they do it…. call that number giving and then they say they can’t and you have to call this number….. needless to say a worker told me to go to Bozeman.

  4. I don’t know how it is for other people who come here but, I have found a exceptional staff from the time I’m checked in to seeing my doctor …. I also would like to comment on the staff is so very patient with me when I call and ask them …

  5. My husband had minor eye surgery last week and we were SO impressed with the staff! They were kind, professional and explained everything very clearly. Highly recommend!

  6. Dr. Briggs, RN Frank and all the nurses were wonderful! Couldn’t breathe due to an allergic reaction. They had me breathing again in no time. Thank you sooo much!

  7. livingston healthcare is a joke. they have no concern for their patients, leave you hanging for weeks without knowing test results and refuse to apologize for mistakes they made that could’ve been avoided. …

  8. Drive on to Bozeman if you need care. Terrible and uneducated nurses. Was administered two medications that were contraindicated and a needed med was withheld. They did not listen to my concerns and could’ve killed me.

  9. I drive up from Bozeman to come to Livingston for my healthcare. I find that the facility is nicer and easier to navigate. The doctors here seem to do a better job communicating amongst each other, which is so important when you have a team of 3 or 4 doctors that need to coordinate various aspects of a care plan. #letsguide

  10. I would give our nurse, Fred, at the ER a 5 star rating but Dr Briggs a 1 star. Didn’t introduce himself to any of us, (myself, my husband, nor our son, who was laying on the gourney)wasn’t thorough, didn’t explain next steps, didn’t …

  11. Upon arriving in the Livingston area I immediately sought out a Family Medicine Physician. I selected Dr. Rae Stevenson who has her offices within Livingston Healthcare. I couldn’t be happier with the outstanding care that I’ve received from Dr. Stevenson and those I’ve came into contact with while in her care at LHC.

  12. I rate LHC with the lowest rating mainly due to the system for calling in and contacting my physician. I have tried five times in three days to talk to my physician’s nurse (Dr. Doyle Scott Coleman) or any person in his office to discuss …

  18. I could write a novel about this place but all I will say is if you don’t go to Bozeman or Billings, the chances of you getting quality care or your health concern taken seriously at Livingston hospital are 0%. Good luck

  19. I’ve had IBD pretty much my whole life and the staff here gave me the best care in comparison to other ERs I have had to go to. From check in to check out everyone was amazing. They had everything here I needed to get my flare up under control and send me home comfortable. I can’t thank them enough.

  25. My fiance has been dealing with this hospital and I have never had doctors refuse to do their job. The level of apathy has no place in healthcare. The attitude of most of the staff leaves a lot to be desired. If you value your life, drive …

  26. LHC does a great job in comparison to other healthcare systems , so this is not a jab. I just wish all practitioners would invite and offer more preventable healthcare as opposed to disease treatment.

  27. I was admitted to the ER for a health issue while I was pregnant in November. They put me in a cold, small room with ANTS crawling all over my bed and the ER doctor forgot about me and I didn’t see a new doctor until the next morning. I …
