Has been nothing but one problem after another. They do not believe in communication unless you physically show up at the office. If you can find a different company or well water, that would be your best bet.
So pleasant to talk to. I wish every service company was this effficient. Not like Alabama Power company – so hard to deal with. And the water was very good and clean. Tasted fine.
Very nice and responsive with problems. The outside service staff (Derek) and them are so quick and care. They seem to really take water seriously and their pricing is fair for the quality of product. My only complaint is the service charge for using a CC to pay online but people that work there make up for it.
