  6. Wish I could give them zero stars!! The customer service if horrific–they are unwilling to listen and help get issues resolved. They assign you a ticket number and then never call back to follow up on the issue. Would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!!!

  7. Stay away!! Terrible service and unreliable internet. Once they lock you into a contract you’re on your own, worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed, and my interest randomly goes out. The response “we will fix it as soon as possible” sometimes takes days

  8. I noticed a break that LOGIX should fix for me, I called the customer care number, and within 10 minutes with minimal questions about the circuit details, they were able to fix it without downtime !
