Day after shoulder surgery i am in horrible pain Dr Kretzler refuses to change a to a different prescription even when he was made aware preop of the ineffectiveness of the one prescribed. Recommended benadryl. He was horribly rude with an awful bedside manner and utterly devoid of compassion.
