NEVER use them! The place I work for has asked them to come back out more than 10 times to kill bugs and they cant do it!!!! I just don’t understand how bug killing place cant kill bugs! They’ve treated our house for pests for 15 years, and trapped varmints visiting from our woods as needed. One of the downsides to our scheduled home sale is losing Lookout.

After a year with them, I’m still having problems with cockroaches. I would tell the technicians that came out every month, and all they would say is ok. That’s it. There’s no way I would ever call them again for any type of help.
