The traffic control lady for their project along County Road 500 yelled at me for going to fast through the construction zone but I was only doing half the posted speed limit. Maybe put a sign up and quit yelling……!
My electric very rarely goes off. Maybe once every few years but only for an hour or 2. As far as I’m concerned they do their job very well and offer a service I do not want to live without. Great work! and THANKS! to you guys for going out in the worst weather to get everyone’s lights back on.

Well they started construction near my property so they decided to make a mountain behind my pole barn when they have 37 acres why here I have a pool and vehicles and it’s very inconsiderate to do so I really am disappointed in your construction company
Looking for seniors 65 and over who have service with this company. All other north Ohio electric companies give seniors 30 days to pay there bill, not this company. As you know your check comes once a month and every senior gets it at …
Never had a problem with them in over 20 years of service! We’re geothermal with remote controls on it and water heater, never noticed lack of heat during times of peak alert and we get discount for allowing it. We make good use of time of day rate too. Love our Co-op!
We have had a couple outages per year in the past 9yrs that I have lived in my home. I think they can do better in my area. My road seems to have a lot of issues.
We have solar. Our bill isn’t transparent. I’m never able to see how many kwhs have been credited. Because we have solar, they charge a “distribution demand charge” in kws. They make it hard to benefit from our solar.
Wanna charge out the back and have no payment plans or anything. They have a”budget” (laughable) they base it on your winter month use so your bill is higher then your usage in the summer months. They are horrible. Wanna jack up rates but …
Today was -26 degrees wind chill with snow flurries. Of course our electricity went out. Service was restored within a few hours. I would like to thank the entire Rural Electric organization for their outstanding handling of this dire …
Power keeps shutting down for seconds and back on every 15 min. Lmre better hope none of my appliances go out, have unplug everything possible. Going on 20 hours or so. Made reports no call back or even a automated email to explain the issue. Not happy. I pay my bill in full every month not partially. Bad customer service
