Can’t even get a live person to answer the phone. There are no options on the phone line posted online that allow you to speak to a human, you have to leave a message and hope the call is returned.
I hope you like paying a lot of money a month and not even being able to pull up Netflix or load simple Facebook videos. This is the biggest joke for a company I’ve ever saw.
We’ve not even had this service a month and it’s horrible. We already exchanged the modem with a replacement and it still constantly disconnects. Poor quality.
I would rate this half a star. Not happy with the internet. My phone has a better internet connection than telecom. It’s also not reliable and videos take forever to download which is why i dont have netflix or hulu because the internet would freeze when trying to watch something.
awful, maximum provided rate was 6mbps. just six. and it isn’t like $5/month either it is $100 when a company like charter provides 30mbps for $30(when bundled). by comparison that is less than a 1/3rd of the price for 5 times the performance.
I’ve had problems with my public IP being shown and have had DDos attacks, Which I know how to prevent but if I call my ISP which is Loretto Telecom, The customer service just loves to reroute my question of “Can you renew my IP address” It’s like they don’t know how to do it.

They asked if they could put a fiber line in my yard, and would seed and straw my yard. 1 month later I purchased my own grass seed and my son spent the entire day raking rocks and seeding the mess they left. They put straw in the neighbors yard with no seed underneath it.
