My husband arrived at the st. ropers office for an appointment and was told he had cancelled his appointment. Which he had not. They would not see him.
He made an appointment for following week. Arrived for the appointment and he …
Worst experiences, do not return calls, “lost me”in a room for over an hour, PA was a nasty person, dr tried a new med for no reason that resulted in an EMS ER asthma attack…lucky if you get 3 minutes with Dr Kim…and on and on.
Usually i dont like going to doctor office visits, but the people here were very pleasant to deal with. Nurse Kate and Dr Kim were very nice and really seemed to care
Dr. Sola Kim’s treated my Mother for severe COPD for over fifteen years, during that time if it had not been for Dr. Kim’s knowledge of the illness, medications to treat it and her understanding of her patients we would have lost her. My …
Dr. Kim is so personable. She spent a lot of time with me during the appointment so that she could get a 360° perspective of what is going on with my breathing issues.
My Doctor, Dr. Kaelin, saved not just my life but my quality of life. Cindy, the PA is phenomenal as well. Donna, who deals with insurance went above and beyond anything l have ever seen when dealing with an insurance company error. She …
Absolutely the worst experience that I’ve ever gone through. My mother has severe COPD and when she calls the receptionist is very rude and then will direct the call the the nurse station to leave a voicemail. After several attempts of …
I had an appointment with one of the physicians three years ago and really liked him. A follow up appointment was made with his nurse practitioner, I arrived at my appointmented time and wasn’t feeling well at all, distressed breathing and …
Dr. Kim was very nice and super thorough, she took her time with me and I completely appreciate that. Unfortunately the front staff is awful…I have called twice to have the receptionist sigh at me, cut me off, and transfer me to an …
I’ve been very pleased with the service and the staff at Lowcountry Lung. I’ve been a patient for over four years (since January 2018) and I never feel rushed during my appointments and they are very thorough.
My husband has been a patient of Dr Rucker for several years , my husband can be a little difficult and rude at times , but the nurses and associates in this office along with Dr Rucker have been great ,
I have been a patient of Dr. Leslie Wilke’s for several years now. She has been nothing less than amazing. She is very knowledgeable and takes as much time as needed during my visits with her. I met Dr. Wilke back in 2015 when my husband …
I have never in my life had a such a problem just getting an appointment. I have my authorization from the insurance and my doctor sent info to the office and still I’m getting the run around . They are telling me I have to email the authorization. I have never had to do this with any doctors office that I have referrals to.
Dr. Rucker and his assistant are wonderful. I’m so glad I have finally found a compassionate pulmonologist. He listens and cares. Their empathy towards what you are dealing with is hard to find but thankfully I found them. I highly recommend Dr. Rucker.
Getting medication refills, or actually being able to talk to someone when needed for my father has been a horrible experience in the North Charleston office. On one occasion, after both my dad and I left multiple messages over the course …
