No one answers the phone, ever. I call both locations. Newport and Morristown. No matter the time of day no one answers. The one time they did answer they hung up.
I don’t access our accounts very often. So I am suppose to change passwords and they will not change without customer service. I am ready to withdraw all accounts and call it over.
Have been banking with lowland for years, but am seriously considering going elsewhere, sit in a drive thru for 30 min for night deposit drop..call 24 never works..cant call and speak to an actual human in a timely manner…change your password for online banking what a hassle….new big beautiful building but no more hometown feel.
Great rates, friendly service…. Only thing that is bad is the drive thru.. takes about 10 to 15 min per car to get through. Usual wait is 30 to 45 min if there is a line. Very frustrating!

I’ve been a member for 10 yrs now they loaned me money when others wouldn’t they came through for me. Sometimes it is hard to get a loan agent on the phone don’t understand that but good place for savings and loan.

I advise anyone to never get a loan from them unless you want a hassle. They don’t like what my insurance sends as proof and they keep trying to charge me 15 times the amount I currently pay for insurance.

New debit card isn’t working. Called card services 5 times and still I have no access to my cash without going to the branch. I tried to call the local branch and let the phone rang about 30 times with no answer. I have never had this much trouble with a bank in my life. Go to TVA. Don’t waste your time with lowland.

Great new location. Glad they are here as they are the only Hamblen County owned bank/credit union left. Very friendly and helpful employees.
I try to use call 24 literally every week and it has maybe worked twice. No one ever picks up the phone. I can’t wait to switch to regions.

You can’t get anyone on the phone lobby is closed. Makes it real tuff to make a payment but they’ll sure charge you a late fee
