The place closes way before times listed on the door. Receptionist said call and make a appointment I did they said they don’t take appointments. So here I sit with a hour wait for service. It’s so confusing to deal with this office.

I don’t have health insurance and had to pay for all of my services up front and a year later I get a call from a collection agency that I owe $84. I have never been contacted by Lubbock radiology about the extra charge and believed I had paid for everything at the time of service.
They charge way too much for services. $1,600 for a sonogram and my insurance only covered about $950 so I was responsible for the other $650. They will not tell you over the phone how much it costs but they take you to the billing office …
I have used this place for over 30 years. I have always been treated with respect. It has always been clean. I will continue to go there., and I would recommend it!! Covid changed the way we have to live. I appreciate your caution in seating etc.
