Terrible. Received our bill yesterday, and water was turned off today. And even though it’s paid in full, and it’s 2:26 right now, they “can’t” turn the water back on until tomorrow. Terrible company, terrible customer service.
This place really needs to be audited.. questionable things are going on with this water company. Outrageous bills and their billing cycle is designed to profit from shutting off your water. 30 bucks it costs them to come out and turn a little switch. Not including the 15 dollar late fee you already paid.
Thanks to yet another rate increase. This is now one of my top bills. I don’t understand how my bill can cost so much with just two people in the house. Yet another increase. While hours and pay is decreasing. Too bad we need water to live and can’t switch companies. I guess suddenlink needed some competition for rate increases….
