Some money making business… simple form was requested to be filled-out based on my medical records and even that wasn’t done correctly. It’ll be the 4th time I’ll have to visit my doctor to take this taken care of… and each one of them is a Dr. visit, I get charged for. Unbelievable!!!
Nicole at the front desk was great when I was scheduling, Tracy, Dr Hudocks’s assistant was friendly and informative. I only waited 5 minutes for the Dr to come in. I have brought my kids here for years to see Dr Hudock and he is a great Dr. but now that they have a trained staff working that cares I would give it 5 stars!
Our family had to switch to this office & Dr. Diora due to insurance change. So glad that we did. His demeanor and professionalism is so refreshing and a throw-back to an era when doctors slowed down to know their patients.
My experience here was astounding. Dr. Divvela was very professional, and understanding of my situation. His nurse was kind, and extremely helpful to me. I’d recommend this clinic 10 times out of 10.
