Amazed how extremely difficult this bank made it to move funds from an ended cd to a checking account so we could start replacing roofs. Finally, moved the money to another bank. They literally tried to hoard the funds like it was theirs.
People are really nice at this bank, but doesn’t have very good resources. Trying to do certain things at this bank can be limited!! It’s my money after all I should be able to do with it how I please….
Yesterday, they turned off their phone service twenty minutes early, when I needed to talk to someone about setting up an online account. Incredibly frustrating.
