We were very pleased with the care, both !ale nurses were efficient and coirtious. The doctor was great, very informative and quick to diagnosis. We were there about 2 hours from start to finish.
If I could give this hospital a zero I would.
Poor customer service and the wait time can exceed 10 hours to be seen. Word of advice, go to Tallahassee Capital Region. This hospital should be converted to a funeral home.
Genius in the lab sent my drug test samples to my EMPLOYER instead of the MRO(Medical Review Officer) CLEARLY listed on my custody form, causing me to lose $1000+ because of the delay. Didn’t even overnight the package, you’d think this was a time-sensitive matter.

My Mother-n-Law was transferred to this hospital for the Swing-Bed program. She has been in hospitals, nursing homes and rehab hospitals from here to Gainesville and her favorite hands down. So clean, caring staff, personalized care and the rehab has helped her get strong enough to return to independent living. Highly recommend.

Everyone here was extremely nice. Dr. Culpepper Had very good bedside manners which is rare now a days, so thank you. Nurses were very sweet too.
