Madison Hospital (AL) Reviews ( 140 )

  1. These doctors and nurses are amazing. It is a beautiful facility. I went in with high fever this summer and it turned out to be food poisoning. I was so scared but the nurses were amazing. Thank you all!!

  2. I was a patient and also a parent of my three kids. We all were sick and couldn’t see our family doctor until Monday! The doctors treated us like we were garbage!! My 4yr old and 2yr old didn’t receive any medication and my four yr old …

  3. Took 5 hours to get a bag of fluid. The er was full of bugs and even a rat. The nurse tried and failed several times to find a vein before finally reusing the site I had blood taken from. They had very few patients and 2 people coding. The …

  4. Typical hospital that values money over service, I was recently treated for pneumonia, being young I should have been setup with antibiotics and sent on my way. But instead I was pressured into multiple tests which gave me an astounding …

  5. From the moment I walked in and the moment I walked out- thee most generous and friendly staff. Facility is clean. Parking is easy. Cannot express enough how much I was impressed. Staff and nurses are so attentive and make sure all questions and concerns are addressed and answered. Thank you for your services!

  6. I had a longer review typed out, but honestly this place doesn’t deserve the effort. I remember when doctors used to care about patients..This place is dreadful and I wouldn’t trust but a few in this establishment to care for any of my loved ones.

  7. Came in for breathing issues, coughing and wheezing and all they did was some tests that I got no update on for many hours. The worst part is that they did not address my breathing issues. Just left me in the Exam room. This is the absolute …

  8. They have no ethics and there are no black nurses or doctors. They have repeatedly said I make them feel uncomfortable loudly enough where I can hear them and have refused to come into my room. They expressed shock when my blood test …

  9. Went into nuclear imaging for a cardiac stress test. The staff couldn’t get it right after three tries over two days and had the nerve to ask for a fourth. Nope, too much exposure to radiation already. Staff clearly does not know what they are doing, incompetent. On top of everything else, my copay was $464, gone, down the drain.

  10. Arrived 2:45pm from a car accident. Waited over 4 hours to be seen in a poorly managed waiting area with people wearing no masks and coughing openly, after supposedly being screened for covid-19. Condition was deteriorating the entire time, …

  11. I was looking at the reviews and was a little Leary about going to this hospital, but I had nothing to worry about. The hospital was neat and the staff was amazing. I was in and out in no time, and the staff was very attentive and caring. Can’t ask for too much more than that! Thank you Madison hospital staff! You were awesome!

  12. My son had to go to the er. Today the staff was so sweet and tried to make him feel as comfortable as they possibly could. Considering the er for a 16 month old is very scary. I am very pleased with the service that we got there today. …
