Takes forever to actually talk to someone. Their phone system needs to be updated. When they put you on old you must then listen to the phone ring repeatedly.
Cant get anyone to answer the phone . 10 calls over a 6 hour period. guessing they are trying to up their late charges by not taking calls the day before late fees or cutoff is due.
Horrible service. I never recieve my bills and the online payment system is useless. The call center is horrible. They put you on hold for 20 minutes at a time.
The service was great! A serviceman at my door a brief five hours after my initial call. And the service person that took my phone call was efficient and very friendly. An OVERALL great experience!!!!
