Went to put my account on Seasonal Vacation and the girl completely turned off my power and now they want a deposit after telling me I would not have a deposit fee to return the power on. I am not happy with this , but what can you do.. they made the screw up

The deposits at this place don’t even make sense. It’s bad when you have good credit but yet the deposit they want is more than the monthly rent for the property. Just wow, “best town on earth”, what a joke!!!
Madisonville utilities are so high. Every mth the power adjustment is crazy. When you move you cant transfer your utilities. You have to have a whole new deposit and account. That’s just crazy. The people who work there are nice but that’s the only perks it has.

I have always found anyone in this office to be very kind, friendly and accomodating.
