In response to Madonna’s reply: concerns have already been discussed with the staff and nothing was done but empty promises
The nurses and everybody is so nice here and it is actually where I work and I have been a patient here too
I’ll never recommend nobody to come to modonna I fill like I was trick to come here they were all nice until we got here than things change so fast the nurses are very sometiming long story short it’s all about money never bring your kids or parents here
Spent a month and a half here recovering from a traumatic injury. Some of the sweetest and absolute most caring people that I’ve ever encountered. I highly recommend this place for anyone. I will be back to visit!!
Came over in the night was walking back to my car when a security guard stopped my and my friend and told us that we needed to get back to the car and leave so we politely answered okay and started to walk towards the side walk he said um …
I spent about three months there as a patient and could not have asked for a better experience. I am at the best point of my life now, almost one year later!

Poor care my grandpa is at Madonna, are prospective from Madonna was completely different we were told this was an amazing place we have come with conclusion that’s not true we have a family member 24/7 in his room other wise he will be on …
Having been a Paramedic and visited numerous care facilities, from what I saw, this is a very clean and well managed facility. We have family there now and they are well cared for.
This company is so discrementary in terms of hiring people. They do not care about the candidate’s Skills, Level of education or anything else. They solely care about the race of the Candidate only.
My name is troy patterson and my dad Daniel patterson has been here twice after his stroke and hernia surgery and all I can say is that MADONNA is the best in lincoln. They really care about there patients and I want to thank the entire …
I wouldn’t go there with a dog the aides poor and also most nurses only 2 good managers told about issues to no avail then husband transferred in the middle of night. Also huge ulcer on bottom which will cause months of setback to recovery
Overall most the therapist are very kind but have run into a few rude ones and dont feel always LISTENED to when I say a previous seession really caused me to hurt. I’m in a wheelchair and just feel like they want me to go at their speed and I cant so then i dont want to even go and told dr so.
Spent three months there went from not talking, walking, going to the bathroom alone, wanting to die, to a functional human being again. Can say with certainty, best in the Midwest! HIGHLY RECOMMEND if a loved one has traumatic brain injury.
my 18 yr old son was electricuted at his job..died twice was n icu n kearney..was finally excepted to madonna. he woke up from his coma there..they have amazing everything there for their patience to family n friends..he is walking talking …
The person sitting at the front didn’t do anything except playing with her phone. She’s supposed to answer questions and help visitors navigate around the building but what she told me is that you have to find the way by yourself. Why would you guys even hire her for?
They took great care of my father. He loved the staff. They were very informative and made sure he were fully prepared to return home. Highly recommend.
Excellent outcome for the patients but heaven forbid you are not the one with legal responsibility as they have NO compassion for ANY of the family members, not even blood relation as close as a sister or divorced parent and will use hipaa …
My son was involved in a car accident. He spent 51 days in a hospital. Thirty of those in Maddonna. When he arrived he was unable to speak, walk, feed, himself and incontinent. …
Madonna Rehabilitation Hospital made a huge difference in the outcome of my son’s recovery from a brain injury as a result of a automobile accident. We feel so thankful and grateful for the nurses, therapists and all personnel at Madonna. …
After a life altering accident I was lucky to be able to go to Madonna Rehabilitation for my therapy needs. After only 2 months I was strong enough to return back home. Thank you to the wonderful people at Madonna for believing in me and pushing me to never give up!
As a former patient I have nothing but great things to say about Madonna and the staff there! I was air lifted to a hospital in KS immediately following my head injury and they were very negative with their thoughts on my recovery and did …

My parent was moved to MADONNA after nearly dying at Lancaster Manor, due to a lack of care. Within 10 days of being at Madonna, she was in the Emergency Room due to severe malnutrition, kidney failure and severe dehydration! So …
Nice place but staff including doctors some are very professional and some aren’t. Had one PA tell my dad news he shouldnt have heard in front of him instead of telling his family outside of his room and some nurses seem like they dont wanna be there…unprofessional. hopefully they improve while my dad recovers there.
The staff are hard working people caring and attentive. Today a special shout out to Julia and Matthew who have been awsome in caring for my loved one. I really like them. There are others who have excelled in his care too. Im glad Madonna is here for Lincoln , Nebraska.
New covid rules allow no siblings at appointments. They asked me to wait outside with my 3month old in the middle of January. Not allowing us to go downstairs to take my son to his appointment making him late and cutting into therapy time.
Spent a month here with my SO. Over all was pleased with the care he received. I felt like the staff could communicate a little better but other than that it was great. I also appreciated the combinations that were made for his family as far as family housing.
Unprofessional staff. Terrible care. Greedy and undeserving. Unfortunately everything happened during this COVID bs so it was Zoom visits. The nurse sat on the other side of the room and didn’t make much of an attempt to help as my father …
All of their OT & PT therapists are excellent. M9ost the nurses are good too.
I was a patient 8 years ago and i have to say, the nurses were honestly the worse. My grandma ended up taking over my care because the nurses kept coming in giving me meds I didnt know what they were or why they were being given, I had also …
I sent my 21 year old son here after a TBI because it was supposed to be the best…..Well it was not, he was left alone in his room all day with bed alarm on. After therapy in the morning, he was put in his room and confined to the bed …
This is the second time my loved one has been at MaDonna. Wouldn’t send him anywhere else! Excellent care.
My 3 year old was transferred here from St Elizabeth burn unit. The staff/ nurses went above and beyond for my little guy. A certain nurse even played with him and played hide and seek and she gave him so much attention. He loved it! The …
The first time I walked into Madonna rehabilitation center 2015. My father had a stroke 😢 and he was sent here for therapy. This center was an excellent start to recover. The infrastructure was dynamic. The rooms were clean and the service was excellent 👍. Thanks to all the staff. …

All of the doctors and therapists I worked with there helped get me to a MUCH better place after my car accident. Prepare to be pushed to do the work you need to do when it feels like you have no more strength or energy. Lol They can …
We expected the phenomenal expertise that we found at Madonna. What was less expected but has significantly contributed to my wife’s s healing is their wonderful kindness. What a great combination. Thank you everyone! We love you❤
ZERO STARS!!! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone again!! My Mother was in there from Mid April – Mid May. She got EColi and a Sepsis infection while she was in there. They made her quarantine for 2 weeks when she arrived but …
I was sent to the folks here as a very reluctant participant. I had given up on my recovery process from a TBI and did not expect much if anything here either but as soon as I met with the doctors, therapists, and staff I knew this was …
The people here are the greatest treasure of Madonna. Every single person was a beacon of light. I am not kidding about that!! They make you feel cared for..and special. …
Your weekend supervisor nurse is very rude and had zero reason to have the person above her by the name of Melody in long term care threaten security just because we questioned what they have always said was ok until April decided it …
