Really bad for business. They were supposed to mail me an $800 check and three weeks later i had to go drive 110 miles to pickup the check for cancelling my insurance
Selina was great! She took care of my accounts very fast and efficiently. When my checks were apparently lost in the mail she helped to get things resolved asap with the least amount of inconvenience and cost to me. It’s always nice to work with someone who can get things done.
In my work as an insurance agent, I have placed many customers with Magna Finance. The management and staff have been wonderful in helping us complete the necessary documents and making rush payments on my clients’ behalf as needed. They have also accommodated some special circumstances for which my clients and I are truly grateful.
