Very rarely answer the phone when called. When they do answer the phone they do very poorly with the help that is needed for the reason calling and very expensive when it comes to unnecessary medical bills.
I’m in total disgust with this nickel and dime magnolia health care and will not ever have anything to do with them or providers

Go somewhere else. They’ll get your information wrong and then swear on everything that you told them you don’t have insurance and send the bill straight to collections all while doing the bare minimum to help you.

The policy of only one person to be with a loved one is stupid. It should be only one person at a time. You do not explain your policy to family members. I am so disappointed in this hospital.
