Awful smelly water. I hate that I can’t trust my water source. Also my vet confirmed today that my dog has been allergic to this water, all the chlorine that is. If you can help it, don’t live in a water district that has this water company. Of course I hear that City of Columbia water is pretty bad too.
This company is attempting to buy the water company from the HOA in my community. Most residents do not want this company to take over so the company and HOA president resorted to using scare tactics to try to sway people into voting for the takeover. Stay away from this company at all costs.

They purchased our water treatment facility and raised the price from $35 a month to $85 a month. they sent out a letter saying the price was based on residential usage of 12,000 gallons of water. my family of 4 only use around 3700 gallons a month. This is just bad business.
Horrible water quality/customer service and extreme prices since they’ve taken over. My water bill went from $30 to $43 and now it’s $83 with no use increase.

The worst service. No working telephone number when you sign in on your account, no email for customer service, receive periodic bills and the office persons response at meetings is oh well, that’s the mail service. Sorry, I think its the personnel!

Sewer bill went from 30.00 a month to 85.00 because the neighborhood needs sewer lines to go to Georgetown and not Frankfort. It’s not our fault we fought and they still won. Customer service is horrible also.
Too bad you can’t rate them zero stars. Nobody here actually cares about issues that arise with billing. They took over way too many companies and obviously cannot manage them all appropriately. Nobody gets back to you and the people you are able to reach are rude.

Raised my bill from $22/mo to $140/mo.
My water bill increased, but i don’t have to boil my drinking water anymore!
They sent out someone to flush a clog in my main sewer line and were nice and fast about it. Very appreciative.
