I had an issue with my internet and I actually got to talk to a real person to get a service ticket not once, but twice in one day! I have never been able to get an answer the same day with any other internet provider.
Covid or not. Don’t be a week past your due date or they will shut your services off. Even if you have been with them 2 years and never late on a payment. Doing the city justice one disconnection at a time

I have very much so enjoyed Mahaska. I have no complaints with my internet service or customer service. I recently moved and Mahaska wasn’t available in my new area, and I am truly sad to let them go. Highly recommend!
I’ve had MCG’S Internet 1gb broadband at 70 dollars a month. For some reason I never hooked it up as automatic bill pay but they’ve worked with me because I have problems with remembering things. With that said thee greatest interest you can find in Indianola. I just hope they service Ankeny as well.
We are very fortunate to have MCG as our TV/ internet provider. Not only are they an excellent local provider but whenever we have had a problem they are here immediately. The pricing is competitive with the big companies and they work hard to provide updated channels and excellent programming.

Had a courteous couple guys dig in the front yard for their Grinnell project. They were very careful driving their equipment in the yard and took precautions so no tracks were left. Thank you both for being so considerate and for going above and beyond.
MCG turned off my service because they assumed I was moving. No phone call or communication of any kind. Then needed 3 days to schedule to have it turned back on.
We lost service on Sunday. First, a member from tech support called back within 10 minutes. The issue could not be resolved so a member of their team came to our house and replaced the router the same day. This was exceptional service in my opinion!
We accidentally cut our wire for internet and they said they would send someone out this morning(Tuesday Sept.6) to fix it. The gentleman came THIS MORNING and did all the repair work. What a nice, polite, honest,clean,tidy,caring guy. Thank you Andrew, you’re a sweetie.
