These folks have served me well over the years …. and though none of us enjoy paying taxes the assistance rendered has always been professional and courteous.
They are just as big of crooks as the IRS. They falsified a return to say I owed them money. They filed a fraudulent return in my name and used fictitious numbers to inflate my income. They will be investigated by the District Attorney’s office for filing a fraudulent return under my name, CROOKS!
Malcom at Maine Revenue Services in the compliance department is a genuinely nice guy who always helps us make sure that our taxes are paid and current.

They have changed their website considerably recently. I have called 3 times and left messages for “Vacant96000” as the voice recorder says. Such a professional voice mail for the state of maine. I called at 2:30 pm..3 pm another day and …
They make it absolutely impossible to pay your tax bill. The hours DO NOT WORK FOR THE WORKING CLASS. They tell me I’m required to make a payment but I can only make a payment during certain hours, at a certain location in a certain way. MRS is as helpful as our governor. Please make it easier for us to pay.

I signed a duplicate the last month I think and this has been going on since the 6th month still haven’t got my income tax because why they’re holding it so it can go interest and this is how the state makes money off people by holding …
Hugely incompetent. Made my life hell last year harrassing me for thousands of dollars that I did not owe. I sent proof after proof of this, but it wasn’t until the one with the brain figured out that I was correct that they rectified my status. What a tremendous waste of my time, taxpayer money and restful sleep.
