Called dec 28 for propane delivery. Was told Tuesday 2nd. Called Thursday the 4th and was told the order got lost and were not delivering today. Really??? After dropping the ball?? Can’t wait for natural gas in our neighborhood!!
They don’t deliver consistently, offer very little help when issues arise and do not have good customer service skills. Of the few times I have called I have had a very bad experience. The representatives come off bored and discourteous when speaking to you.

Was outstanding until they forgot to deliver when asked. Got a run-around from the emergency operator; they can’t do anything for you and will charge you a fee even if they mess up. So, be careful, you might not get what you need or ask for from them!
