  1. Called for an appointment and was promised a call back the next day because they were ‘too busy’ to help me the day I called. They never called back. Unimpressed with the staff. I won’t be calling again.

  2. This place is a joke. The staff is respectfull but knowledge is terrible. They have no idea what to do or how to do anything. Very very disappointed in the education from the so called DRs here..

  3. I call the office for an appointment information after 3pm and no one answered the phone call it sent me straight to the answer service, it very upsetting!!!
    Business hours are Mon. – Fri. 8am to 4:30pm
    And Friday 8am to 4pm so why I’m not having any response!!!

  4. Even with an appointment you have long waits. Very disappointed in their scheduling process. I’d you can find another practice for your procedure, I’d highly recommend it. We routinely have had long wait times.

  5. So far, so good – after my one-yr-old broke my glasses frame, I took it to the optical shop, and the lady there repaired it for free, bless her heart, as well as she could. I’ve booked a first eye appointment there and will report back if there’s any change in my opinion of the place.

  6. Great place, strict Covid protocols, professional in all things. I only ever dealt with Dr. Thees, but he is efficient, pragmatic, gives the facts clearly, even for an uneducated medical mope like yours truly. Go here.

  7. Waited two hours for Dr Miller. I complained she said I was disrespectful and left! I had to wait another 30 mins for the next dr. He saw me 5 mins told me my eye were fine and I was set to go. Very unprofessional and no comuication. I will no go back and telling everyone who asks including all my other Drs not to go!

  8. I’m a patient of John Walters. He and his staff are pleasant and helpful, and I have confidence in their work. I’m not sure who the snobby receptionist might be, but I haven’t encountered anyone like that! They have gone out of their way to help me with scheduling problems.

  9. I have been a patient for over 40 years and my husband and kids are patients, too. The staff is professional, thorough and courteous. I had Lasik 13 year ago and recently, blepharoplasty. Both procedures were explained in detail and successful.

  14. I find it hard to give this place a good rating. Most of the time we go here, my daughter needs eye drops and then we have to wait 40 mins. Anyway that’s what they will tell you.
