Small town cronyism at its finest. Beware the hidden agenda, cleverly disguised as a disorganized and ineffective office. Watch your pennies, they are dishonest AF.
For those who are relocating here they don’t accept debit card for the deposit to start service. Staff was friendly and helpful. Quickly set up the work order and the water was turned on the same day within the hour of paying deposit. Very grateful for their help.
horrible, will not work with you. Customer for two years and never been late. 20 days behind (during a pandemic) they shut your water off without as much as a phone call. If you can avoid these people, do!
They used to share the rating of the quality of water but it was NEVER within EPA standards. When I asked, they told me to get a house filter. I pay them five times what my last utility charged and then they can’t even provide clean …
They’re always rude, not competent enough to explain why they’re charging you, they’re entire system is so outdated. I guess this is what you get out in the trashy areas of tull and malvern.
