They don’t return your phone calls in a timely manner or follow up with you .
When your scheduled for surgery and have an infection they should follow up especially if the meds aren’t working . Then you call 3 tines then again on Monday and later in the day they call you and want you to come in for a test . Unacceptable .

Dr John Munoz is extremely talented and skilled and caring urologist and surgeon. Office nursing staff are kind and attentive. Patty Dumont very good. The front desk staff and phone response can be brusque as it is often very busy with crowded waiting room. Other times less busy and hectic is easier on staff dispositions.
