The front desk is horrible especially Helen she is the rudest person to work at a medical facility, I’m not too sure why will they keep her on, she has tic on her shoulder. She should not be answering the front desk phone, she needs to only interact with the staff there not the patients.
My doctor is amazing but the booking and wait times are horrendous. The average is about 1 hour and no one acknowledges your struggle. If there are more than 5 people sitting in the waiting area, make another appointment and just go home.
The reception staff is TERRIBLE!!! Screw up appointments and aren’t the friendliest on the phone BUT I LOVE Dr Alcarez. Been going to her for years but unfortunately I have to deal with the incompetent reception staff and really long wait times see her. She’s the best doctor I’ve ever met.
