Our service has been interrupted 3 times in the past three weeks, usually during high use periods. No one us ever around to answer questions or give us time to prepare. If this is your definition of dependable and reliable service, I’d hate to see your idea of mediocrity.
very poor customer service. been trying for a month to get credited for last month’s bill that I have proof that I paid. No answer (the mail box is full) so can’t even leave message. Open only a few hours a day. Ready to call the better business bureau.
The new online bill pay is a joke. Takes 7 days for your payment to be made and charges you a 3.99 fee. Come on Marana water step out of the stone age and have instant credit on the day bill is paid with no fee.
This is the worst water company we have ever had! Rude customer service. If our water goes out you need to remember that WE are paying customers and without all of us you wouldn’t have a job. Be kind!!! It’s not that hard.
