  1. Turn over of employees and board is disturbing. No one seems to know what or why this utility is falling apart.
The office says lines are leaking and need replaced. They are a complete mess..
The sad thing is that the employees keep changing their story. It’s hard to get a straight answer.

  2. Our service has been interrupted 3 times in the past three weeks, usually during high use periods. No one us ever around to answer questions or give us time to prepare. If this is your definition of dependable and reliable service, I’d hate to see your idea of mediocrity.

  3. very poor customer service. been trying for a month to get credited for last month’s bill that I have proof that I paid. No answer (the mail box is full) so can’t even leave message. Open only a few hours a day. Ready to call the better business bureau.

  4. The new online bill pay is a joke. Takes 7 days for your payment to be made and charges you a 3.99 fee. Come on Marana water step out of the stone age and have instant credit on the day bill is paid with no fee.

Try hiring people who are friendly and courteous.

  10. My water has been shut off for a month. Yet when I call to check the balance the amount goes up each time. That’s why my water is shut off, I paid a huge bill one month and skipped a month, when I received the bill, it’s as if I wasn’t …

  11. Paid my bill on time by dropping it off in their payment box because they were out of the office for 4 days and my January bill shows a late fee. I’ve had nothing but issues with this company. They’re way too out dated, they don’t offer …

  12. Worst water I’ve ever had come out of my faucet. Smells HEAVILY like chlorine, dries out skin, hair and is outrageously overpriced for water service. No communication other than a bill, despite calling for questions. If a private well …
