The only complaint I have with Marcotte is that the yard waste crew on my route (Colonial Village) bang the empty containers upside down on the edge of the lawn so debris/ wet grass/ etc ends up on our grass. Why can’t they just a) not do anything or b) bang them into the hopper on the truck?

I’m not sure why the bad reviews. I can always reach someone for my dumpster needs and the dispatchers are always good with getting them here on time. Having just moved here, our garbage is picked up regularly without any mess and with so much less hassle than other places I’ve lived. I think they are great in Port Huron/Fort Gratiot
Watched them drop trash many times right next to cans and leave, use the hydraulic can lift to make cans go flying when done emptying. And leave trash bags in can when they just pick it out. I personally try to fill can so they have to use hydraulic press every time it takes them longer
