Since we opened our doors in 1931, our focus has always been to provide exceptional care to the people of the Bitterroot Valley. Jennifer Krueger is appalling in her behavior. She was condescending and rude, didn’t answer any medical questions, and called my daughter a liar. There are numerous other reviews about her and the same behavior. She violated HIPPA laws and is being investigated by MT state board

Went in with a friend. They were attentive and friendly with professional service.
The nurses on staff lied to my girlfriend about her rights to discharge and held her against her will. Even if it’s not medically advised a patient can still leave. Some cases if the law is involved this isn’t true. In her case she is being held against her will and against her rights.

Doesn’t seem to matter what I go to the ER for, they always diagnose me incorrectly. When I see my regular doc the next day he just shakes his head in confusion. Poor excuse for a medical establishment.

I have had numerous procedures at MDMH and have had overall good experiences. Perfect ? No, but I feel like it is a pretty good hospital. A lot of feedback I have read is based on individual interactions with various doctors not so much the actual hospital.
Total knee replacement surgery. Caring staff concerned most about my pain level and comfort. Surgeon did a great job. Even the food wasn’t bad!
