  1. I don’t do review but I have to write about my experience at this hospital. It was my first and last time going here. Went in at

  2. Worst Hospital ever my 7month old fell on his face at home I rushed to this hospital i got here at 7 it is now 10pm and my son has not been seen !!! They have not checked if my son has a concussion they have done nothing !! Worst!!

  3. Was made to walk in ER in underwear in front of everyone than stripped and they gave me a see through paper suit they should have tied me to the bed naked it’s the same thing

  4. The most unorganized emergency department I have ever seen. All I heard the entire time I was there was how much work they had and what they were and were not going to do because that creates extra work for them. Get a grip.

  5. Great experience with the staff in the Imaging Department! Staff were attentive and answered all my questions. What a great asset to our community, care close to home!

  6. This hospital is a joke especially the ER department. Will put you in a room and just leave you there. You press the call button for a nurse, takes at least an hour before a nurse comes in the room meanwhile all they’re doing is sitting on their lazy behinds. This place is garbage.

  7. Long wait, very few in waiting room.
Sent me home after 10 hrs with meds for one thing, when the true nature of my illness had to be addressed by another Dr the next day…. The visit was a waste of time and money…

  8. This place is on the struggle bus with office side manner. Slow slow slow! Sat in triage for an hour just to get a swab, and I was the only one in the waiting room! …

  9. This is by far the worst hospital I’ve ever been in. Service is slow and the doctors take too long to treat patients. Got empty rooms but they got people in the waiting room.

  10. I had an outpatient procedure here. The staff were kind and attentive. The doctor called me the night before the procedure and the evening after. Everything was smooth. I’m happy we have this resource in Henderson.

  11. Great morning staff…..night shift has to much mouth and hateful will be talking to director of delivery wars before I leave. But over all great day staff friendly and kind. Just do not come at night……

  12. It’s the worst hospital I ever went.
I’m here with my 5 months old daughter and everyone are so slow
Definitely I don’t recommend this place
    Granville county hospital 100% better

  13. To whom it may concern,
If it was a zero rating it would have been chosen. My sister was seen here On Christmas Eve and was treated horribly the lack of medical attention she received …

  14. This place was beyond terrible. I wish I could give no stars. Noone at this hospital cares about their patients. Not the nurses or doctors. Noone has any sense of urgency and their is little to no organization. If you are in a dire …

  15. Mrs Kim.. and Sheena are amazing.. they saved my babies life. They were so sweet and on top of it after Granville set her home with a mis-diagnose.. I wanna thank all the doctors that played a part in her care..

  16. This place is such a joke. My 78 year old father in law fell and broke his arm in 2 places 2 days ago. We was taken to this “hospital” by an ambulance. After determining the arm was broken he was sent home with zero treatment. They told …

  17. Was in a head on collision and transported to ER. Left in room for hours. No one cleaned my wounds or cleaned my bloody nose. Did cut and blood work never saw the doctor again it until a different dr. Came in and said we are discharging you follow up with your dr. Have residual back and chest problems which were not created.

  18. The dr knew what he was talking about. They was very attentive and took the time to listen. The triage nurses was so nice and also listened to what was going on. It was also quick service even tho their was just 1 dr on call today but definitely a hospital i would recommend.

  19. Went in with diverticulitis and should have been given IV to start. No. Was told after six hours, no surgery needed and given pills for abdominal pain. Went back to my primary and she looked at the CT scan and immediately said I had diverticulitis.

  20. My sister was there till this morning, she had multiple seizures unable to speak and incoherent, no tests had been run and she was S/P full hysterectomy staff or physicians refused to transfer her to another hospital so her husband signed her out and DROVE her to Duke. This is the WORST hospital ever.

  23. The women’s diagnostic center was able to fit me in at a very late notice yesterday and I cannot say enough good things about the team that took care of me. From check-in to my final conversation with the doctor I knew I was in excellent …

  24. The nurses are fine here, This place however is part of the problem with our Nations healthcare.. At a unexplainable $462.62 for a tetanus shot & $324.09 to a nurse to administer it seems kinda steep to me. After contacting them, This seems …

  28. Had an especially severe asthma attack this morning, and went to the ED at Maria Parham Health. Got in immediately, and was treated quickly and efficiently. Nurses and techs were top notch! Doctor was knowledgeable, communicated well, and was very attentive. Couldn’t have asked for more!

  29. I called for an update on my 98 year old mother who was having trouble breathing when I left and was told that she was not her patient and she would find her nurse. I was on hold for 30 minutes. I hung up and called back. The surgical unit answered and told the medical unit to call me. No one called me back.

  30. My mother has been at this place since 1pm. They have her in what they call sub-waiting. She was brought in by the ambulance about 1pm today. She can not move by herself and this place is not helping her. She isn’t breathing well, has heart …

  32. I went in for an allergic reaction. The receptionist, an older Caucasian lady had little to no interest or respect for my well being. Secondly, the 2 triage nurses (one African American lady, the other was tan skinned with curly black hair) …

  33. I and my family have received care here – procedures, imaging and emergent care- and my youngest was born on the L&D unit. There are such kind, wonderful people working at Maria Parham.

  34. First off let me start by saying that the you need to make sure you are watching your loved one when they are admitted to this hospital. My father had a stroke and I visited him almost everyday to make sure that he was taken care of, one …

  38. Unfortunately we had to come here on Christmas Eve. The lady at the front desk was friendly and seem to be doing a great job. However the short haired red headed nurse was rude to everyone. I am not the only one complaining about her. Several people in the waiting area was upset with her nasty attitude.

  39. I usually do not write reviews but after my experience today there was NO way I could not share! My son passed out at work today and was taken by ambulance to MPH. When I got the call telling me they were taking him there, I was already …
