Very terrible service this company doesn’t work with you they turn your lights off for 40 dollars and then you have to pay deposit to turn back on lights plus trip fees this company is a RIP off and they like to take people money,

To be honest guys. This is probably one of the worst power companies I’ve ever dealt with.
They will do everything in there power to rip you off, I closed and account when I bought a house well 3 mounts later they claim i never called to shut off service but don’t worry about it we have your $200 dollar deposit to cover it thank you.

I always wait 5 minutes on hold before ending the call! I called to inquire about service, was told that I would be transferred to someone who could determine if I was in their area of service… waited on hold for 5 MINUTES. No answer, no reply. Goodbye! You lost out on valuable business!

I have set up autopay on my account multiple times. It will work for maybe 1-2 months and then suddenly stops autodrafting, even though the paper copy of my bill says it is. I get stuck with the late fees because of their faulty system. This company is a bunch of crooks.

I call in attempts to make a payment arrangement and was offered an extension of an extra week to pay the whole amount that was due. If I could afford to pay the entire balance I wouldn’t have been asking for a payment arrangement.
