Terrible customer service.
water good. Very tasty.
The customer service is outstanding, always above and beyond that expected.
They add arbitrary “service” surcharges. Zero oversight over this out-of-control government agency.
I’ve had to call these people in the course of my job for several different situations and for every one they are rude. Customer Service? Rude. Emergency no water? Rude. It’s too bad we don’t have a choice who we use.

Very poorly managed. Rates and fees are arbitrary. Does not videotape board meetings. Board members often phone in instead of attending board meetings. Vote against incumbents when you get a chance! January 2020 the board has started videotaping board meetings. No other improvements.

Before saying “arbitrary” rates, please…please READ the reasons!!!!…$0.0056 per gallon , clean water 24/7 , 365 days a year!~!!!..PLEASE! How much do you pay for cable?
