I think the teller was new cause it seemed they had trainers up there with them the money machine had issues had to use like 3 different ones to get my money counted but everyone was friendly except the lady we had at the drive thru we went inside instead.
This whole organization is vultures. Tried and tried to work with them, only to end up with them suing me while I laid in a hospital bed. Little advance go somewhere else for any loan like USAA. Cause when life changing events happen this credit union will only make life worse.

Highy disappointed with the call service I received. I’m getting the run around for one simple question. I was placed in a long hold and got hung up and I have to call again.
Awful bank. Awful service. They closed nearly all of there branch locations and replaced them with “live teller” ATMs. They are miserable. They hardly EVER work. Trying to do anything with this bank is a miserable chore you are better off choosing literally ANY other bank.
Their employee gave me gave me wrong information. My account ended up in the negative as a result. They would not fix it. One of their managers or whomever call me and left a message saying I should come in so she could explain my account …
It is the first Monday after payday and there are 2 tellers working. There were 3, but 1 was told to go something else when there were 3 people in line. When she walked away there were 8 people waiting. Not very customer oriented behavior.

1.15 pm 12/10/21 The person covering for the regular receptionist is demeaning, interruptive, and unhelpful. An elderly customer came in not understanding a pin number and she treated her like a child. Someone needs to educate this person on customer service skills.
I think they are a good little bank. Been pretty easy to work with. I only closed my account because I moved to a state where they don’t have any locations. I have had cards with them and car loans, everything was fine. Pretty standard credit union. Fairly easy to work with when ever things came up.
The WORST credit union known to man kind. Allowed suspicious transactions to clear on my account and I never received assistant or new information and they closed the account. The call center is a joke and full of incompetent individuals. The worst service and should be immediately. Take your business elsewhere.

Marine Federal is a rip off,they charge me for my checking account being opened,and my direct deposit doesn’t even go their.Someone use my debit card and went to planet fitness and they acted like they didn’t want to investigate,these folks are racist,don’t beg any one to take your money,we are the reason they have a job!!!

I pay a $100 fee monthly and i have to call to get it paid and it has to be paid directly on a certain day of every month. Everytime i call i get put on hold and asked to wait and then after 20 minutes i get sent straight to voicemail and they never call me back. If yall aint gonna help your customers just close down. Pathetic
