I’m giving one star for location. The staff needs to be trained on medical insurance information. Stop demanding peoples co-pay and check to see if they have to pay. Now I have to wait 2 to 3 weeks for a refund. Terrible service when dealing with peoples HEALTH. Get it right or go work in a mailroom.
