Very attractive, but the services from Annapolis Towne Centre are subpar, and the building’s management lets things fall between the cracks not infrequently. But the staff are very pleasant, and apartment maintenance is good.
Mariner Bay is a great place to live. We downsized from a big house and it’s so easy here. Great location with plenty of places to walk to. I travel a lot, so it’s nice to not have to worry while I’m gone.
