They are fast and friendly
Had me in and out in no time.
Friendly, competent staff. Ease of scheduling.
Ask for Becky she is an angel!
Beckie is the best and everyone is so nice.
Very convenient. Very professional. No appointment needed.
They have always been 5 star with me!
Short wait times, good service and diagnosis. Very friendly.
Very great place with amazing care!
Great people and atmosphere. Came in for DOT Physical and they are pros.
First time there was in and out in an hour on a Tuesday polite and professional no drama thank you
Wouldn’t see me because I had been to the er 3 days prior. I’m new to the area and did not have a family doctor. That’s why I went to a walk in clinic?
Asked for an antibiotic; was told to take Zyrtec instead. Two days later I have bronchitis, fever and had to pay another $250 for a different clinic and meds.
Went in this morning because and was turned away. I have insurance, so it isn’t because I can’t pay. They literally told me to go somewhere else.
Everyone is nice and polite here,, but there is no plug in to charge my phone or plug my laptop in, and considering there is a 3hr wait in the lobby while waiting for your loved one to wake up after any procedure… This is why I only …
The receptionist isn’t very friendly, but the care is great. Never had any issues except with one of the doctors misdiagnosis of strep throat, which landed me in the ER 2 days later
Why doesn’t it say anything on Google that this is where Quest Diagnostics is located? She’s wonderful, but it’s very confusing to find.
We have great care there. Have gone probably 10 times and only 2 long waits. Receptionist needs to be friendlier if she can get training or something.
Walked in and went up to the counter. Was told by one of the ladies it will be just a second and one of us will be right with you. And it’s been 5 minutes and still nothing but them talking and looking at the papers on their desk. Umm thank god it’s not an emergency
This place served me in a timely manner. The thing that I do not like is the doctor was accusing me of being there just to get drugs. Yes he accused me although being hurt in a car accident and having it worsened by being in the military refused to help me. I will never return and hope that no one else will
My experience was fine at the facility.. I was travelling through the area from Florida to Iowa for Christmas and needed to visit an acute care, after regular hours. We searched for acute cares/walk in clinics in the are and visited this …
Every single time I go there (which I don’t know why I still do), I end up having to self diagnose myself. They never seem to actually know what’s wrong with me, and the medicine I am prescribed doesn’t even work. I don’t trust anything …
Always been treated with highest respect and care. This is my place to go when emergent care is needed. I’ve been there for a pig bite, leg injury, and my daughter goes monthly for IV therapy. I’m preparing to take my husband as I’m writing this.
My wife and I both really appreciate the center. Les is great! They have done right by us for sure. There is one receptionist that could be more friendly. We all have bad days, maybe I caught her on one of them and I’m sure they put up with a lot O junk from some folks. Danny Ward
My experience was horrible. The PA was beyond rude. Lacking in bedside manors to say the least. He made my daughter feel very belittled. Will never go back as long as he is there. The receptionist and nurse were very kind. I could only …
I’m not sure of the name of the APRN that works there now, but she has been a pleasure to see the two times my daughter has been there. She is very knowledgeable and has great bedside manner.
This is hands down the filthiest medical facility I have ever been in. The PA that I saw was rude, unprofessional (wearing dirty jeans and a tattered sweater), had no ID on her and never even introduced herself. I only know her as Stacey, …
Went there about a year and a half ago. Doctor was extremely rude and kindof impatient, but I thought whatever, paid my co-pay and moved on. Recently I got a letter in the mail basically saying that my insurance didn’t cover what it was …
First time being here and even with the paperwork I was in and out in an hour and a half. The new PA was very courteous, relaxed, professional, and made me feel that I was getting what I needed. When I had had a fever in the past I went to …
J. Sharp was at the front desk and was unnecessarily rude, also the people in front of us told her they had Covid ten days ago and she let them come in and sit in the lobby with everyone else. Only to send them back out to their car 10 minutes later. Overall not pleased with her
The older lady named Joann? Screams patient info out for everyone in the lobby to hear and makes inappropriate comments about using peoples credit card Info to buy things!
This place is fast to get in for a reason…run away! This is the 2nd time these people have misdiagnosed me. Last time I went in there with shingles and they said it was an allergic reaction so after I spent 4 days taking the wrong …
