Very Helpful and Professional when they help people resolve their issues, troubles or mistakes with their water bills cant complain they fixed my water back up asap so Excellent Place and the ladies where very nice also .
Today Went to pay water bill and they closed before the posted time of 4 pm. They close at 3:55 pm not the posted time of 4 pm. Bank tellers can’t close before 5 pm and have to make sure that no customer is in the drive thru.
Water was disconnected with no notification after payment was delayed in mail. Charged a reconnection fee that was higher than the $20 bill that was a week late. No ACH payment or automatic draft option available.
Called to get info on a vacant lot and the process of getting a water line. The lady that answered was so rude. If I could give them a negative -1 star I would. I have never encountered such rude and nasty people. I hope one day soon new employees with better attitudes are put in there.
Contacted utility for missing bills: 1st woman was so rude I tried to give her account number but she spoke over me asking for service address then proceeded to keep repeating the same info even though I was asking different questions. I …
