If not for the technician that came out to check for upgrades to my equipment & explained everything, I would give 3-4*s. I was blown off a couple times by some office staff when there were clearly issues.
We had an issue w/losing signal on the fiber optic television signal. We called at 11:30 a.m. The technician was at our home by 2:30 and the new converter box was installed by 3 pm. GREAT SERVICE!!! Thanks to all at Marquette Adams! Beyond our expectations!
Quit in 2004. Had no service for 3 months. Manager demanded we pay our bill anyway! Made a $16 adjustment. Manager made mistake and said he trained every tech. Tech in 2005 could not ohm 2 wires! I said no wonder I had no service! So. Nearly 13 years later I am still waiting for my co-op payout…

Pay 70 just for internet. 40 for internet and 30 for a “required” phone line. Paying for 40mps and usually get around 24mps.
