Every time I go in to pay a bill I am greeted with a smile and polite staff. Whenever I have to call in to make changes or ask questions, everyone I have ever spoken to has been professional, polite, and quick with answers or resolutions.

Very expensive and outages last way too long. Sometimes it takes them up to three hours to fix ONE line.
We had to get our well serviced and electrical panel updated this week. Our power line was hanging over the well. They shut our power off, moved the line, checked in on us and collaborated with the well/electrical company to get our power back on. Thank you!!
