I went in for my first colonoscopy on October 21st. I wouldn’t go as far as saying the experience was pleasant (the prep really sucks, but that goes for every colonoscopy). The staff was really nice and the procedure went smoothly. I’ll use them again in ten years :).

After being ignored when asking about a medicine I finally fired that gastroenterologist ( “Hihint” at aero park) and was recommended to see Dr Desi and what a difference! He listened to me and fixed my swallowing problem! And his staff did not ignore me either! The man cares. Highly suggest you call him if you have any gastro issues.

Check in was uncomfortable. I don’t understand kiosk check in process, so didn’t attempt it. I had not removed the extra instruction pages from packet received in mail and the person who checked me in was very visibly irritated by that. Wasn’t a good start. Otherwise everyone else was pleasant.

The center told me to arrive at 6:30 when I arrived it was cold and dark and the door was locked. When a staff member arrived I asked to come in and she refused saying it doesn’t open until 6:45. The facility is very old and cramped not much space to distance.
