Maryland Medical Group (MO) Reviews ( 18 )

  1. Dr. Shuman is great but over the years his secretary has consistently been THE single most rude, unaccomodating and non-user-friendly I’ve encountered in a physician’s office, period. It was so bad I had to give up on this physician and …

  2. Can’t get ahold of assistants since every time I call NOT ONE has answered their phones, and leaving messages hasn’t given me call backs even a week later.

  3. Over years, the communication and getting appointment are getting better. also, if you have myChart, use it, much faster to communicate with your doctor and his staff. Dr Wasserstrom is great, he’s my PCP for over 4 years. Dr Schuman is my …

  4. I have seen Dr. Wasserstrom twice. Once for an annual exam, the second for a chest cold that did not go away after 10 days. Both times he was humble, professional, prompt, and informative. I asked questions which he answered. He is not a …

  5. This practice is the worst. I was 10 minutes late for an appointment after getting lost due to new construction and I wasn’t allowed to see my doctor. I wasted 90 minutes out of my day and now can’t get into another doctor for months. Avoid this group at all costs!!

  6. The hours they take to call back is pretty ridiculous. This has been my doctor for over 3 years and have went to walk in clinics more because they take forever to call back.

  7. The building is new and clean and I really like my Doctor. Unfortunately the recorded phone message is confusing (they have two doctors with super similar names) and my Dr’s secretary doesn’t answer, but she will call back if you leave a message.

  8. I met with a PCP for the first time for a physical (just moved to the area) and was found the experience to be average. First, the doctor did not complete a full physical. Second, the nurse measured my blood pressure which was oddly quite …

  9. Have a love/hate relationship with this practice. The doctors are great, but the communication to and from the office is horrendous. Very difficult to reach a human and then rarely do I get messages returned. Will be looking for a new practice.

  10. My son’s doctor is here and we will never return. They don’t return calls, the doctor doesn’t follow up with his patients. The only saving grace is the nurse that works for him.

  11. Dr. Potini has little regard for the concerns of her patients. If she deems routine labwork to be unessesary, she will mark your labwork as unessesary and your insurance will not cover it. She is rude and unprofessional, even when treated respectfully.

  12. I keep wondering if there are two MMGs as the one I go to is amazing! I see Dr. Pearson and she is absolutely the greatest. She knows everything! And has the best bedside manner of any doctor I have ever seen in my 69 years. And her …

  13. The negative reviews about unreturned calls are true. I left a message for Dr. Scott Wasserstrom to sign up as a new patient (based on a recommendation from one of his existing long-term patients). It’s been three days and no one has …
